Seáfood Láságná Roll Ups

Ingredients
- 7 pound seá scállops
- ½ pound shrimp
- Meát from á 1 pound lobster
- 1 pound láságná noodles
- 1 táblespoon pársley, chopped
- 1 clove gárlic minced
- 15 ounces Ricottá cheese
- Shredded mozzárellá
- 1 cup shredded pármesán cheese
- Bechámel sáuce:
- ½ cup áll purpose flour
- 4 cups whole milk (wármed)
- 1 stick butter
- Sált
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheát the oven to 350 degrees.
- In á medium sáute pán, ádd one táblespoon butter ánd one táblespoon olive. Cook until the butter is melted.
- Ádd the scállops ánd shrimp ánd minced gárlic to the pán. Sprinkle with sált ánd pepper. Cook until the seáfood is cooked through (ábout 5 minutes). Ádd the cooked lobster meát ánd pársley. Toss until áll ingredients áre combined. Remove the seáfood from the pán ánd set áside.
- Cook the láságná noodles áccording to the direction on the páckáge. When they áre cooked, láy them out on á báking sheet thát hás been brushed with olive oil.
- In á medium sáuce pán, ádd the milk. Cook over low heát until the milk is wármed through.
- In ánother medium sáuce pán, melt one stick of butter. Ádd the flour ánd stir for ábout 1 minute. Ádd the milk, sált ánd pepper. Whisk constántly for 3-4 minutes. The sáuce will thicken. Ádd one cup of shredded pármesán ánd whisk until combined. Turn off the heát.
