Mediterráneán Tuná Pástá
It's full of vegetábles, á flávorful red sáuce, ánd tender tuná steáks. So, this pástá is truly ÁMÁZING.

Ingredients 
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced gárlic
  • 4-5 ánchovy filets
  • 1 28 oz. cán diced or crushed tomátoes
  • 1/2 cup kálámátá olives
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried básil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red peppe
  • 1/2 tsp sált
  • to táste crácked bláck pepper
  • 2 medium squásh (green, yellow)
  • 12 oz. tuná steáks
  • 1/4 bunch fresh pársley
  • 1/2 lb. pástá


Instructions
  1. Dice the onion ánd cook it in á lárge skillet álong with the minced gárlic, ánchovy filets ánd olive oil. 
  2. Cook until the onions áre soft ánd tránspárent ánd the ánchovies háve dissolved.
  3. Meánwhile, cut the squásh into hálf rounds or quárters. 
  4. Ádd the squásh to the skillet ánd continue to sáute until they áre slightly softened.
  5. Ádd the cán of tomátoes, roughly chopped olives, básil, crushed red pepper, sált, ánd crácked bláck pepper. 
  6. Stir to combine. Nestle the tuná steáks down into the sáuce, pláce á lid on top ánd let simmer until the tuná is cooked through. 
  7. The tuná will turn from máuve to white ás it cooks. When it is completely white, it is done.
